Fringed Cloak
Depiction of a piece of clothing that hangs from the shoulders and is fringed.
Fringed cloaks are over garments that hang losely from the shoulders, and is not wrapped around the waist, and have an ornamental border on the edge of the material, either along the bottom or up the side.
