Description (Archival): One of two protomoi of rams in grey gypsum; the heads and fore parts of the bodies are carved in the round, the back part is left rough; probably the supports of a throne. found in a cache with U.6410 (Baghdad 1178), 6795, etc, under the Kassite houses SE of the Gi-par-ku2

Description (Modern): The statue is a figure of a seated ram carved in stone, gypsum (?). The face and horns are well defined. The fore legs are disproportionately small, and the body is long and narrow. The behind and back legs are not indicated. There is a hole through the width of the body at the center near the front that was presumably part of its original function. The figure was part of a pair, and was likely used to support a throne.
