Description (Modern): Disk shaped spindle whorl of coarse gray stone, 16 shallow notches, some barely visible due to wear, around the edge of the object. One side decorated with five sets of double chevrons. Diameter of perforation 8 mm at both ends. Perforation slightly off center.1
