Description (Modern): | Highly polished brown stone with elaborate black veining. Not overly dense, it is probably a fine grained siliceous limestone or marble. Barrel shape with long facets, almost octagonal in section, very flat ends. slight chipping. Possibly U.12712A, though basing only on near mass equivalence, so relatively unlikely.1 |
