Description (Modern): | Fired clay plaque depicting anthropomorphic figure in relief; figure has triangular face showing eyes and mouth; pair of breasts, below which is ribcage represented by two horizontal lines; both arms to sides; long thin legs that come up to shoulders, perhaps intended to represent the figure as squatting or crouching; design is carved and incised rather than mould made; coarse cream clay.1 |
